TradED PRO™ Guarantee Terms

Individuals in the TradED PRO™ membership will be referred to as the “Party"

Binding

This guarantee is a binding agreement between the Party and TradED/Prosperity Movement, and will be enforceable. Future agreements, duly executed by the Parties, will also be enforceable. The terms and conditions of any future agreement will continue any terms and conditions contained in this guarantee.

Transaction Description

The Party has signed & agreed to a written Non Disclosure Agreement for all proprietary and confidential information provided in the TradED PRO™ package, as well as every Prosperity Movement product and service. The Party also agreed to a tuition total of $2,497 USD.

Additional Terms

The TradED PRO™ program is a 90 day program. After 90 days, the Party will continue to have access to all educational material in the program but will no longer have access to the Prosperity Movement support systems, product updates, or product upgrades.

The Party is allowed and encouraged to use the total TradED PRO™ tuition towards Prosperity Movement programs to continue access to support. The TradED PRO program guarantees the Party to secure the current incentivized pricing of support and Prosperity Movement products at the time of purchase for 6 months.

The Party will have 3 trading reviews per month, but must still make a daily submission of their trades to qualify for the guarantee.

The total tuition amount must be paid in full to qualify for the guarantee.

The Party must submit daily recordings of their trades for the duration of the 90 Day Bootcamp using a loom recording software account.

The Party must submit their trades using the process outlined in the training.

The Party must request, review, and respond to all 9 trading session reviews during the 90 Day Bootcamp.

The Party must be able to prove they followed every rule outlined in the education.

The Party must attend or watch the replay of 100% of the live calls.

The Party has 7 days to review the recordings of the live calls.

All instructions for implementation are supplied to the Party in the Bootcamp training.

The 90 day period begins when the Party receives access to their training.

To qualify for the guarantee, the Party must acknowledge that they have been given the opportunity to read over TradED/Prosperity Movement’s Terms of Service, DMCA, Privacy Policy, Guarantee Terms, and Disclaimers.
