REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU (the “PURCHASER”) UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY WHEN PURCHASING AT PROSPERITYMOVEMENT.ONLINE OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED SITES OR PAGES.

I. REFUNDS

A. Prosperity Movement operates in compliance with state and federal law which provides a minimum 3 day “cooling off” period from payment processing in which a full refund may be given for any reason.

B. Processing of initial payment is defined based upon the method of payment, as follows:

For payments made via credit/debit card, payment processing means upon the completion of a successful checkout transaction.

For payments made via ACH/Wire, processing means upon the Company’s receipt of payment.

II. REQUEST FOR REFUNDS

Requests for refunds must be received within the stated cooling off period through emailing us at [email protected]. Requests submitted through any other method of communication are not accepted, and shall not constitute a valid request for refund.

III. REFUNDS AFTER COOLING OFF PERIOD

You understand and agree that all funds paid are non-refundable beyond the stated cooling off period in Section I. Any refund request submitted past the cooling off period will be considered at Prosperity Movement’s sole discretion

To qualify for a refund request past the cooling off period, the Party must follow these terms: 

(PROCESS) The Party must use LOOM recordings to document their trades and exemplify they followed all rules outlined in the strategies and processes. 

(ENGAGE) The Party must put in active effort defined by a minimum of 5 hours per week of engagement of any or all of these basic components:  education, trading, or support calls. The Party is responsible for documenting their activity through LOOM recordings, utilizing the provided trading journal, and keeping a personal record of support tickets. 

(SUPPORT) The Party must check-in on a minimum weekly basis to make Prosperity Movement aware of progress and potential struggles. The Party is responsible for their trading submissions and support ticket submissions. The Party must utilize the support system and follow the customized instruction and document it following the same steps of III.1 and III.2.
